Megaworld VP for Sales and Marketing Mary Rachelle Penaflorida and VP for Construction and Management Vic Verdillo (3rd and 2nd from right) led the topping-off ceremony for St. Moritz Private Estate last June 17 at the project’s rooftop in McKinley West.
Joining them were (left to right) Project Architect Melissa Jarvina, Megaworld Infinite Sales Director JM Cinco and Project Architect Eric Yadai.
Set on the 34.5-hectare McKinley West township, the two-tower, nine-storey St. Moritz is the first low-rise, low-density high-end development of Megaworld in the township. It features exclusive roof deck amenities and a modern European-inspired facade, designed by international architectural firm Broadway Malyan.
The interiors of the project’s spacious two- to four-bedroom suites, all with balconies, are made more striking using top European lifestyle brands like DURAVIT’s Philippe Starck line, Bosch and LEICHT.
St. Moritz is at the center of an urban township that boasts a live-work-play lifestyle, and has direct access to Megaworld’s other developments in McKinley Hill and Newport City.
It recently won the Best Universal Design award at the 2017 Philippines Property Awards.
