There’s an exciting new development that’s set to make waves in Bacolod City, one that will be a big hit for Negrenses and visiting tourists alike: the Northill Town Center. This sprawling 7.5-hectare commercial development is located at the 53-hectare Northill Gateway township in Negros Occidental.
The Northill Town Center showcases the “lifestyle mall” brand that Megaworld is known for. It features stand-alone two-storey structures hosting retail shops and dining establishments. There’s also a central plaza, an events venue, “pasalubong” centers, a supermarket and wellness and sports facilities. About a third of the development is devoted to greenery and open spaces, highlighted by unique water features.
Construction of the Northill Town Center starts early next year and is slated for completion by 2018. The project is part of a joint township development of Megaworld and its wholly-owned subsidiary Suntrust Properties Inc., in partnership with the Lacson Family.
